Max screen refresh rate topic

Hi all, i was wondering what the actual refresh rate is of the note 4 as it can be used for the VR thingy. And is there any option to check the actual fps because i cant find it in the dev options.

Why does tabs refresh in Chrome? topic

Old tabs refresh when opening Chrome. Why? Seems to slow down the tablet.
