[Q] red eye problem topic

Any one have this issue.....All my pics with the camera on my phone have red eyes......any settings i would need to look at to change this or syggest a camera app that has has "red eye reduction" with a pre-flash technique.
I try to find one but i didn't find any,
my old nokia 5800 had a pre-flash for red eye reduction !!!
