Rilj1 battery drain, usim not found, reboot problem topic

i use exnos model, sktelecom n915s

my device have some problem...

* rilj1 battery drain - 50% in 3 hr ( off screen, not use)
also usim is not found massege shown

why this problem.... in my device...

First of all. I live in Japan and I pay for Unlimited Data on my Pocket Wifi I want to take the USIM out of that to use it in my phone. Is there any way I can do this? I put the USIM In my OnePlus and I get 'service' but no Data. I've used the search feature on the forums with no luck. Thank you!
