updating samsung galaxy s3 gt-I9300 to JL 4.2.2 topic

Hello guys can you help me update my phone(gt-I9300) to jl 4.2.2 that is safe to "hardbrick" please.
I want to flash it using odin. I think it is much safer . Can you help me guys please. I just want to update my phone. :)
