Screen just started going crazy topic

I was just looking through my phone and it randomly started spazzing out. I tried to just lock it and unlock it and see if that would fix it, now it is stuck in a bootloop and the screen looks like an old tv without any signal. Any ideas on what I could do? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7-fStaJkYQ
