[Rom][Port][E98x]Lg G3 Optimus G Pro topic

I ported bountyman his G3 Rom. It have now multilanguage for the EU-User! I'm uploading the File on Google Drive.

Bluetooth(?; i can active them)
ART (it have more stability)

Bugs:
Same as in Bounty's Rom
Freeze after 10-30min using
Lots of Apps won't work (FC)
Can't call (FC)
And more.

ITS NOT FOR DAILY DRIVE. I'M NOT A DEVELOPER AND HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN CREATING ROMS, I CAN ONLY PORT IT. PLEASE HELP ME FIXING THE FC'S.
