[Q] troble from the usb debug mode topic

I read a lot from my problem in this forum, but no solution helped me. I have a samsung s3 mini GT-I8190L with a broken screen, and the usb debugin mode in off.

I try to using the command say this member in this topic, but the adb not recognize the device (i install the sdk and the samsung kies)

also i try to flash the device, and neither worked xd
so i need help c:

I will not recover anything, I just want to play with my old and broken smartphone (occupy it for surveillance camera or whatever)
