[Q] Help with LG l38c topic

Ok so rooted my phone using 4shared.com and I ended up not being able to factory reset or hard reset my phone. Now I have found the ADB tool and want to use it to fix my phone but every time I plug it into my computer it tells me that the phone no longer has a device driver on it at all. So what should I do to fix this? Any help would be welcomed.:o
