[Q] should i buy or wait? topic

so earlier today i received an email from huawei north america saying that there will be no us release fro the AM7 which means that im going to have to import one if i want one. i currently use a nexus 5 and am happy with it but the lack of expanded storage and a finger print scanner have made me want to upgrade. i was considering the 3GBram/32GBrom AM7 but due to its price/availability/compatibility it seems that i might go with the 2GBram/16GBrom version. i already have the device in my amazon basket (0USD) but have started to wonder if i should. i have read on some other forums that huawei will be releasing the ascend mate 8 sometime in the summer and it might have usb type-c and other great goodies. so, my question is should i wait fro the AM8 or should i just buy the AM7? i would really appreciate input from anyone and everyone but especially those living in the US. thanks in advance!
