[Q] htc one m8 firewater. topic

hey i was trying to s-off on my htc one m8 sprint hardon kardan edition and i type in all the commands and when it comes to saying "YES" so firewater will do its thing i only get dots... like basically " ___________________" none stop and nothing else happens? tried with hboot 3.16xxx and 4.4.2 and then updated to ota to 3.18xxx 4.4.3 and still doesnt work . please help
