[Q] How to deknox my galaxy sm-t800 topic

hello
I've been trying to re-root my G tab S after doenloading and flashing a particular rom to my device. I had know clue what KNOX was so I paid it no mind. Now that I'm trying to re-root my device this freakin knox crap is cock blobking every thing I do. How in the hell do i de-knox my device so I can regain root. or do you suggest another ROM that is permisive and alows root?
