[q] helppppp topic

I dropped my phobe into water last night :'( and tried to turn it off but its just went to some firmwear thing! i have no idea what to do :( it put it in rice as fast as i could!! is there anyway to get it back to working?? PLEASE HELP
i need my phone working as its my way to the outside world with my 2 childs to make sure we are all safe!!
