[Q] GPS App that navigates, while detecting solid and mobile speed camera's topic

The title basically says it. A friend of mine has a lot of speed tickets. She mentioned to that she needed a new phone. She also needs navigation.

I am looking for software that combines navigation with up-to-date alerts on speed camera's.

Up until now the only thing I can find are dedicated speed camera apps, but the navigation is absent. I need a combo!

Does this software exist?
