Android 5.0.1 bootlop topic

Hey guys!
Yesterday tried flash 5.0.1 via nexus root toolkit in flash everything ok but after update causes bootloop...I tried 5.0 and 4.4.4 via flash stock but again with a bootloop how to solve this problem?
