A small dot on side of screen topic

I have got a G3 from O2 UK three weeks ago and this morning found a small dot on the left side of the screen (pic attached).

Do I have to worry about it or ring LG for a replacement? Did a screen bleed test and it shows up on any screen.

Please suggest. Thanks
