Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped topic

IT pretty much locks up the system,was trying to install skyhigh kernel (on cmm11)..any way to reboot?. any .ideas will help The button(toast) lets me hit ok,but re appears instantly,i cant reboot with the power button...nor will plugging into the pc to do anything...
