CM12 is still in its early stage, you will find a lot of CM features missing because they are not merged into CM yet. So don't post anything about missing features. Also the rom itself is in beta stage, so you'll find many other bugs.

INSTALLATION
- Extract boot.img from the zip and flash it via fastboot
- Copy the zip to your SDCard
- Boot into recovery
- Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache
- Flash the zip
- Reboot your device

First boot takes some minutes. Wait patiently.


WORKING
- Wifi
- Bluetooth
- RIL (sms, data, voicecall)
- Audio, recording
- SDCard
- Camera (still have some issue)
- HW acceleration (should be working)
- Video playback


NOT WORKING
- OMX, A2DP, Wifi-Direct
- Probably some other things
