Hi, I have just bought S4 I9515 and it seems I acted with rooting too fast. Unfortunately my phone has issue with frequent rebooting. I would like to send it to service with warranty but after rooting knox counter switched to 0,1. :(
Is there any way to reset knox counter or eliminate rebooting issue?
Thanks in advance for help.

Hi!
RépondreSupprimerI found that a lot of people got this restart issue on the i9515 as well as on the i9505.
I solved it (as I didn't have it until an official update in 2014) by switching of the WiFi power save mode.
Open the dialer and type:
*#0011#
so you get into service mode menu.
Then select the hardware menu button (left to home).
Select "WiFi" in the menu list.
In the new window please check, if the last line (WiFi Power Save Mode) is switched off.
Otherwise click on the On/OFF button underneath it to get it "off".
Leave the menu and restart your phone.
Finally switch on WiFi manually again as it was turned of.
For me and others, this worked fine.
Greets from Germany.
I forgot to talk about the Knox Counter...
SupprimerSo far, as I know, there's still no way to reset it.
But may be, somebody knows better.
