[Q] [REQ]Combining 2 apps topic

Would it be possible for a developer to combine 2 apps together?

For instance, combining the app "WhatsGear" but replacing it's keyboard with one like Fleksy's to have a smoother input?

or combining Fleksy and a FB Messenger/Hangouts app

I had a look around both apps, but i'm clueless lol!

Hope it would be possible though!
