[Q] please please help me! Suddenly I'm not getting notification in my all apps! :( topic

please help me
I've Lenovo A680 device with Android 4.2.2
yesterday, I had restarted phone, and after That I'm not getting any notification from all apps :(
for example, I've strong and working internet, I use Facebook messenger, my problem is I'm not getting any notification or any Message when app is minimized or closed, I need to open app and Then need to refresh, and Then I get new Message :(
That's my problem with my all app, when app is minimized, I not got any sound, vibration or any new Message , I need to open app and need to refresh for getting new Message :(
please help me to get notification as I was getting before, I'll Really appreciate Your help :)
