[Q] Phone shuts down when taking a flash pic through camera topic

I was using s4 mini for more than a year.Now phone got a big problem.It shuts down when i take a pic with flash on.It happens only when battery is below 40%.Battery drops down to 15-20% sometimes 0% when restarts.I also the same thing with new battery but it was still happening.Is it a software issue as this thing happened in both stock and cm11 rom. Please somebody help me out urgently.I made a phone deal with my acquintances but he will never buy my phone in this buggy condition.I also tried factory reset several times but the same thing happens every time.
