[Q] help me.... topic

I have a wham mobile ws50 .... I don't have updates for this..... But can I install any stock ROM of other mobile which have same hardware.... Bcz Samsung galaxy s4 and micromax canvas doodle 3 and my mobile have same hardware which is mt6572 and dual core .... Can I flash those ROMs to my mobile wham ws50 help me.... Guys.....
