[Q] Fingerprintsensor is gone (settings + everything) topic

Hi guys,
this morning I checked my emails but had to unlock it with my password. I restarted my phone and then the settings for the fingerprint sensor were gone. Does anyone have suggestions what to do now cause I didn't know what to do,I called Huawei and my provider but none of them knew it. :(
