[Q] Dictionary integration in touch wiz ( Collins ) topic

Hello , I would like to download some more dictionaries to use throughout the touch wiz interface. Sadly the Collins dictionary offers no Romanian versions. I would need it for english and german and maybe also french. Can anyone tell me where to find such third party dictionaries and how to get them onboard?
