[Q] Can't go into fastboot - phone works normal topic

The phone works normally but when i try to go to fastboot i just boost normal, i've tried manual and with adb and it doesn't work. Does anybody already had the same problem and know if there is even a fix for this? I didn't bought the phone, my dad bought from some guy while he was in Angola. The phone is supposed to be new but i think someone f*cked the phone because for sure someone had already connected it to a pc because when i did adb devices the name of the phone was "123456789ABCDEF" and i dont think this i is a name that would come with the device originally lol
