I'm stuck on recovery TWRP after Quick Boot topic

Hi there, I boot in Recovery with Quick Boot and I'm stuck in TWRP, even if I reboot via TWRP on system it gets me to the recovery, reboot doesn't work, neither the Power off. Is there a way I can go back to my system without flashing anything/wipe data, etc ? :) because I'm sure that system is fine and intact, I just don't know how to go back to it :) Thanks.

Edit : The device is Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 , 7 inch, Wi-Fi [T210].
