i cant turn to 2g network topic

hi friend iam cant turn in 2g network wgen i choose 2g only i have no signal and i see emergency call only...1:i try wipe data cach an dalvik i do factory reset and the probleme stayl her...2 i try this in stock rom and no stock rom(cyanogenmid) and same probleme please help me
