HELP!! Phone not booting topic

guys..m not able to boot it..neither in fastboot nor in recovery..when i connect charger, the red led just blinks up.. tried to remove re-inserting battery twice..but no luck..was on miui6 made by balika...what should i do??

Edit: It's booted now..everything working..the battery was drained completely lol..it took 2 mins to charge 1%
