Gmail app stuck in German? Help topic

Somehow the language got switched to German... But it's only on the Gmail app. I can't figure out how to get it back to English. I've tried clearing data, uninstalling updates, uninstalling Gmail all together, reinstall, remove accounts, etc. Nothing works....it stays in German.

Anyone see this before?
