Galaxy s4 part root.... topic

Hello, I rooted my Galaxy s4 i9505 using the Odin and cf auto root tool, I'm new to this, in my settings my phone says custom and if I try software update it says my phone is nodded but yet super su and any other root app does root access??? Help please :)
