Flashing lollipop? topic

I have a 900F, I can flash either the Polish or Spanish version to this phone however would I be able to downgrade to 4.4.2 if need be for warranty reason? I am aware that in the past on some Samsung devices upgrading ment you could not downgrade again or you would have IMEI problem
