Can't exit immersive mode topic

Hi, i've just clean installed chuppachups rom today, but i have a problem.

in fact I can't exit immersive mode. No navbar swiping up, and no notification bar swiping down...

In "Settings", we can choose apps in which we don't want to see the navbar.
So i've choosen some.

When i launch one of them, i don't see navbar (normal thing) , but there is no way to make it appear again.
Swype up doesn't work.

What to do ?
