Brick Device topic

Today, I wanted back from cm 11 to cm 10.2 and I soft brick my phone. I just do a full wipe and when I try flash the boot it can't because my pc doesn't detect the phone. So I flash the sense 4 Rom which flash the boot imagge in the zip and now after the HTC logo the screnn become black and nothing after. I try a nandroid backup the same thing. And when I try reflash the cm 11 rom it keep crashing and I can't do nothing. HELP PLEASE
