I have a non-rooted S4 with 4.4.4 running. I am not sure when it started but when I use the camcorder function the video and audio start in sync, but after a minute or so of taping they get out of sync. I have tried shutting down all background programs, changing to a lower resolution, turning off animation in the Developer options, none of which seem to work. Any suggestions?
