App so screen becomes smaller topic

Hey

I've been looking around but haven't found any app which makes the screen smaller. Samsung and Apple have this for their bigger phones(iPhone 6 plus, Note 4). This makes the screen smaller by performing a gesture so it can be used with one hand.
