[B]CM11[/B] No push notifications and GPS doesn't work topic

No push notifications on all apps. I don't know how to fix it :(

about GPS, can't find my location. i tried flashing GPS V5 by Mardon (editing build.prop to enable agps) and tried to edit the gps.conf still doesn't work. I need some help please!!!
