Wifi connected but no Internet topic

Hey I've a little problem and I'm almost thinking my device might be damaged.
I bought a tablet (blaupunkt polaris 803-android 4.4.2) and as mentioned above i can get access to my router but it won't let me download/upload anything.

When trying to connect to an open hot spot (my phone) I'll have the same problem.

I downloaded the app network signal info and it says following:

Ip : 192.168.0.1
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Dhcp-server: 192.168.0.1
DNS1: 192.168.0.1
DNS2: 0.0.0.0
DHCP lease 168.00.00 (hh:mm:ss)
External ip: can not get external ip

I guess the last line might be the problem but I got no idea what to do...


All other devices (2 notebooks and 3 android phones can connect without problem to the router)

Hi all, as noted in subject, occasionally I am connected to WiFi but I get no active connection (nothing comes in or goes out). The only way I remedy this is disabling/enabling WiFi and as this is a small annoyance, any reason this happens? I have an RT-66U router as well, if it matters.

Using a Rogers Samsung Galaxy Note 4, stock ROM, no modifications done to the device.

Guys, I just recently switched to GoPhone. Now after I log off wifi, I have no mobile Internet. And I can't get it back unless I reboot. Is this something that can be caused by the sim card? Thanks.

[Q] No USB Internet mode? Verizon topic

Hey, everyone! I would REALLY like to root my Verizon LG G3 4.4.2. I've installed the Verizon Drivers, and it installed all the drivers just fine, but I only have two USB modes. MTP and PTP. It's starting to become VERY frustrating because I've tried reverting and reactivating USB Debugging, multiple reboots, I even tried Stump and it said "Device is patched, sorry."

I would love to ditch the stock OS and jump onto some CM12 as soon as possible! Thanks!! :)

[Q] Mobile internet problem topic

I used mobile internet on stock 4.1.2 and everything worked fine. Now I flashed CM11, and when i turn on mobile internet, it shows H+, but I can't reach any page, it's always timed out. But I can tether internet via WiFi or USB and it's working fine. What should I do for mobile internet working properly on phone?

Radio/mobile internet topic

Yesterday I flashed skydragon the rom its self is great the only issue I am having is my mobile Internet speed is so slow. Can this be down to not having stock radio if so can I grab my stock radio and flash it on top of skydragon. Normally when I am in my local town on mobile internet I have H+ (no 4g yet) but since I've flashed skydragon all I have is H and speeds are above 4mb down on stock radio I have contacted my network supplier and they have said everything is fine.

I need to be able to share internet over Bluetooth so that I can pair my device with a Tom Tom Satnav

According to this webpage, this functionality should have been introduce in the Cyan update:

However, when I go to internet sharing on my phone I don't have the 'Share Over' option. This screen hasn't changed at all in fact.

Anyone know why I haven't had this update?
