Here I attached my Logcat. I'm Trying to Port MIUI V5 KitKat. It's Based on CM11... Please check this and tell me how to fix?

As one developer said the problem in

My motherboard was swapped few months ago.
From that moment I can't unlock my bootloader with your tool on htcdev.com
My device details:
Software number: 3.28.163.1
I STUCK ON THIS PART after I followed steps on htcdev.com :

How to check if my settings are all back up to Google? topic

I'm about unlock the bootloader and root, but I just want to be certain that my settings are all backed up. I don't mind losing pictures (dont have that many), but I would rather not have to go and set my whole phone back up the way I like it if I can help it. I have it checked under Backup and Restore, but does that just happen automatically?
