Waking Up Problem topic

Hello,When I wake Up My xperia z1,it Turns On But the screen Is turned off,But i can hear the touch sounds,And It take up to 2 mins for the screen To Turn on,i tried Two Kernels,Doom And another One,No Help,what Can I do?
