Twitter Junkies topic

Just have a quick question, I'm coming from a iPhone 4s. One thing I loved about twitter on that phone is I could set it so if someone who I have notifications turned on for it shows on lock screen. I can't seem to find that feature on this phone/app. Is there a specific twitter app that has this featured?
