Stock Recovery topic

I am looking for the stock recovery file. I have twrp installed and I cant seem to acess my memory card. I was thinking of installing the stock recovery and maybe re install the twrp. Does anyone know if there is cwm for tab 4 7.0 yet.
Seems the only way for me to access the card is connecting to laptop. my movies and music does show up in the files app though. t
