[Q] NVidia shield tablet ghost stylus removals topic

My new 32gb lte nvidia shields detects randomly that the stylus is removed and then the pop up menu comes up. I have disabled all the options related to the stylus so the tablet works without any anoyance.

Is it a defective tablet and thus, I should tramit a RMA or there is a possibility to have it fixed?
