[Q] How to change animation when version is tapped very often..? topic

Okay, I'm developing custom rom for Micromax Canvas Tab P650. I want to do something different so as I have completed it 75%, I want to change animation that occur when Android version is tapped often. Yes, I know its not an animation but I want to modify it into an .MP4 or any format video that will occour if tapped often. maybe I think its from setting application, But a developer can also modify an app hh? So, just if there an windows app or an android app, if not should be developed?:p Whatever I'm just a noob so I didn't wan't any hard method that took away my lot of brain. And I'm just new to XDA Developer Forum. Thanks..:)
