[Q] hei senior ! i got a problem. topic

i'm using galaxy s advance. I rooted the phone and changed the rom to cyanogenmod. The problem is, i don get my network and the unlock is very very lag and annoying. Well, i need solution from you all. I appreciate your kindness. :)
