Been having problems not being able to connect to 4G even when in a rock solid 4G area. The best I can get is "solid" 3G. Running the latest SkyDragon ROM along with the latest modem. Could I have accidentally changed something? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

[Q] lollipop Bluetooth connection issue topic

I have Nexus 5 and since I upgraded to lollipop I can’t connect properly to the Bluetooth of my Car (a connection that worked perfectly before)
The Bluetooth connection icon in the phone and the car is saying that the connection between the devices is good but incoming and outgoing calls are not working at all (when getting the call the phone acts like it is not working Via Bluetooth)
I already tried to re install lollipop 5 after clearing cache and reboot
And reestablish connection after forgetting the old connection

Me and my girlfriend have been having a bit of trouble with our T-Mobile Note 4s. Sometimes I have full 4G and can't make calls or send text but I have fast data connection, sometimes I have full 4G and then the 4G drops and I can just call and text and not have data and it last until I restart my phone. This will randomly happen 10+ times a day and it is not a fun process.

Hi guys, I have the Redmi 1s running on CM11 and when I tried to connect to Google accounts during a new setup I get the error "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server". I've tried editing the /hosts file but my version does not have the 74.125.93.113 android.clients.google.com line. Instead, I only have 125.sonething as my second line. This happened only after I restored from a Titanium Backup. Help!:crying:

Connection problems with CDMA workshop and gs3 topic

So I'm working on unlocking my Samsung Galaxy S3,and I had it working just fine, got the MSL code and was able to get into the menus.

Now it seems that no matter what computer I use, the phone won't respond. I've checked com ports, made sure connection settings were right, but no luck, even with a clean install of CDMA workshop on a new computer.

Anything come to mind that I should double check or do to try and resolve this?

I'm going from sprint to page plus.

Rrecently bought my 3rd opo. So this one will not let me hse my att sim. It keeps saying "sim card does not allow a connection to this network" wtfff. Im very sure the sim is in right. Contacts facing the back. Im using a unlocked lg g2 with the same sim and it works fine. I domt know what the heck. The "no sim" icon dissapears when i insert the sim. Jut no service at all.HELP.

hi , my tablet wifi connection speed extremely slow. i have 16mbit connection speed. My laptop connection is smooth. at tablet when click to link usually connection times out or waiting too much. tablet wifi bar is full. i checked wifi signal power from tablet menu, show signal -100dbm around. İ guess it is low power signal.maybe this problem because of it. this issue appear after downgrade tablet rom and reset my router. i dont remember how i solved. please help.

New sim card to help with connection issues topic

Im starting this thread because I have been posting results on other threads.

Results....right after new sim activation, connection was very shabby. My thoughts was "oh crap, this was a mistake". Im not sure but it seems even a sim card has to "settle in". After several days connection has become more stable. Im three blocks from lte tower (not spark).
Before sim swape, I would sit in recliner and barely hold one bar lte signal.
After, now Im sitting in recliner and holding 2 bars sometimes 3-4, every now and then it does go down to one bar. Speeds have improved.
Before swape getting 2-3mbs somtimes 7mbs was a treat.
This morning on uncongested network got 20 mbs. Speeds on congested network are 5-7mbs.
After running new sim, I can say it was worth the swape.
Remember, that it took about two days to settle in. Dont ask me why. It did seem worse then got better. I have checked and no work being done on towers in my area. So, I do believe it was worth it.
If you decide to try the swape, do not call sprint. First sim came from sprint cs. That sim would not work. You MUST get it from sprint worldwide. Again, why? Dont have a clue. All I know is first sim from sprint would not work. I spent 2 hours on phone with cs, until finally he asked where did you get it from. He said you must get one from sprint worldwide 888-226-7212.

[Q] LG G3 on AT&T data connection very slow topic

I have the same issue. My phone is about 1 month old, previously I had a Blackberry Z30 Unlocked and connection was way better, even with 2 bars I could use Pandora all day at work and could connect to apps, and websites. Now on LG G3 even Google Play won't connect many times as it times out because connection is too slow. I think there is an issue with the way LG G3 connects to AT&T, I mean how can an unsupported device like Blackberry Z30 (bought it on Blackberry site as AT&T doesn't sell it) work very well and yet LG G3, sold by AT&T doesn't work well.

PS : I get 4G and some occasional LTE, but still speed is pretty slow and device consumes the battery pretty quickly.

[Q] No connection after rooting Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus topic

I have rooted my Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2663834
After rooting, the default browser did not work. Google Play Store doesn't work either. However, Whatsapp still works fine.
On the web I find a solution: modify or delete \etc\hosts.txt

Modifing the file did not work, deleting it did not work either. It was said that starting the Google Play Store would remake the file again, which did not happen.
What can I do to fix my phone?
