lg g pro f240 back case topic

hello guys, i bought in before few weeks an qi charger, i tried him and he didnt work, maybe it is because my back case?
i found thread with an compare between the f240 back case (in right) and the e98X back case (in left)

maybe my back case support only nfc and not wireless charging?
