Action Memo lag topic

Does anyone know why the action memo often takes more than 10 secs sometimes to launch. Its very annoying especually when I'm trying to.write.something quickly

Spen Action Memo Not Working topic

Out of no where it stopped working,
I take out the spen and chose action memo it will open and it will close automatically by itself real quick every other thing with spen works except action memo

SNOTE does works but not action memo when i open it up from the spen pop up menu.

Anyone else?
