Interesting fact about Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 topic

Today early in the morning (now it's 2am here) I got my Nexus 6 arrived and I was playing with it whole day comparing it with nexus 5. I was disappointed and I'm selling it, why? Here's why

1. Nexus 5 is faster.. I restored back pure stock on nexus 5 so the battle is even and I installed same apps and did speed test. Nexus 5 won at every app except Facebook(sometimes would nexus 5 win, sometimes nexus 6).. Multitasking is also faster in nexus 5 and that is very surprising. Nexus 5 did boot faster 3 seconds quicker.

2. That thing is so big that I can't hold it. I have feel that I have tablet in my pocket not a damn phone.

3. I don't like the design. Nexus 5 on the desk looks so much sexier.

There are also pros for this phone such as:

1. Battery is so much better, I got 6 sot and I was using it whole day and I still have 20 percent.

2. Camera.. Blows out nexus 5 out of the water

3. Display

.. So if you want to spend that much money for nexus 6 feel free but trust me it's not worth it.

[Q] Interesting issue with Notification Bar. topic

Ok, here's what I'm running into. I have a Gamestick, which, if you are not familiar with, is an android gaming console that you plug directly into an HDMI port on a television, and plays various games. From the manufacturer, the Gamestick is locked to their software, however there are work arounds to get behind their software to a relatively vanilla version of Android 4.1.2. The problem that I am experiencing is this: I have installed all the needed Google Framework for running the play store and the main Google apps, however, I have no status bar. What I'm hoping someone can assist me with is a way of enabling or possibly adding a status bar into the device. Where is the coding for the status bar found in android's system? Is it a separate apk that the main OS calls to for it to run? Is it possibly something I would have to add in manually through writing code? I'm in over my head here, but I am determined to tackle this problem. My concern is, I know so little about android that I don't even know what questions I need to be asking... Please take pity on this noob and share your wealth of knowledge.
