in this 2.1.0.13 update wit root and customer recovey alot of apps don't work like facebook and facebook massenger and truedailer and many of apps any one have this problem ?

Hi There , Today i Found a notification told me that theres an update hold a version 2.1.0.13 i didn't receive 2.1.12

i didnt Downloaded the update yet i'll do it when i have some spare time , Anyway The Change Log is

improved phone features
and performance and stability improvements
