My carrier, Telus, does not regularly update my device (HTC One m7 Sense).
I am currently stuck at 4.4.2 firmware, and from what I understand they have no plans on pushing 4.4.3 or 4.4.4. I'm beginning to wonder if they will ever release 5.0 when it becomes available.
Is S-Off my only option to get updates?
